Delete your account

You can ask us to permanently delete your Welsh School of Anaesthesia account and the personal data linked to it. This removes your profile, bookings, feedback and attendance history.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address on your account so we can verify the request:
    amrit.dhadda@wales.nhs.uk
  2. Put “Account deletion request” in the subject.
  3. We’ll confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to any records we must retain by law (e.g. training attendance for regulatory audit).

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, contact details and login credentials.
  • Your bookings, waitlist entries and personal feedback answers.
  • Uploaded documents (e.g. Part A certificate, signature).
  • Notification preferences and calendar-subscription tokens.

Anonymised, aggregated attendance statistics (with no personal identifiers) may be retained for training-programme reporting.
